Process:
There is a need to understand you in as much depth as possible, determined through phone calls, CV, email and a short pitch from you & face to face meets.
We would then agree companies/sectors and roles that are suitable, and establish a short list. If DT is holding a relevant brief, it will secure an initial interview and provide all the information and knowledge you would require. It will then assist in second round preparations and final employment discussions if required.
If DT is not presently holding any relevant vacancies it will undertake a specific search on your behalf. It will establish a meeting with relevant contacts and assist in all preparation.
